Hiee Geeks!! Its very Interesting to share this thing with you all..Hmm yes!! I cant believe that Google soon going to update their own Google maps with an add on feature of Booking of cabs right from the app itself..
We all know that Google is achieving unique information to all of its users daily..Its just like a routine thing to it..Here they again come up with the another update in their Google maps..
The Search Engine giant Google has introduced a dedicated tab with the information on cab services in Google maps...At the time of entering the destination,users will see an additional tab in the Google maps app and they can opt either for uber or ola
This new feature is presently available for Android users and will be soon rolled to IOS ,Windows as well..If the users already have the Ola or uber app then they will also be able to see fare estimates ,available cars and pick up time.Though users can also select from uberGo and uberX services,whereas the Ola users can choose from Ola mini,ola micro and ola sedan..As soon as the service is selected,Google maps will directly take the users to the respective app for booking a cab..
In an official blog post Google said,"Next time you are leaving work to meet a friend for dinner, or heading to a client meeting in a new city, you will be able to compare all your commuting options right from within the Google Maps app

cabs in India, 99 Taxis in Brazil, Mytaxi in Germany, Hailo in the UK and Spain , and Gett in UK
Last Month,the tech giant rolled out an update Google Maps for android has now enabled an option to add an extrea stop to your route ,without having to exit navigation mode in Google maps.This ensures quicker Pit stops and fewer long detours as users can search for places like gas stations, restaurants , grocery stores and more along their route.
